Sharing a few details if you're a forward planner and are thinking about making a weekend out of the wedding to help you plan your stay:
Date & Holiday Details
The wedding falls on the October long holiday weekend, with the public holiday being Monday, October 6th.
Transport & Shuttle Details
The venue has asked us to have all guests arrive at the venue via shuttle bus. If you need to travel to the venue directly: please contact us.
Pick-up locations - we will be providing shuttle buses from two locations:
★ Coolangatta: Warner street bus zone between Griffith street and Marine parade.
★ Kingscliff: Salt Village, which is approximately 10 minutes from the venue.
As the festivities are a long lunch situation and will wind up around 8:30 pm, a day trip from Brisbane is certainly do-able!
Parking & Day Trip Guests
Best day trip parking: the most convenient and suitable parking for day trip guests will be in Salt Village at Kingscliff, where one of our main shuttle pick-up/drop-off points will be.
Accommodation
10% discount on bookings of 5 days or more at Reflections (Coolangatta beach) if you use code JUSTWEDDING. There are also many other options throughout Kingscliff/Coolangatta
Other Details
We love your children, but due to capacity constraints, we are not inviting plus-ones or children to the wedding.
